Steve is a Realtor® for RE/MAX Executive Realty and is licensed in both North and South Carolina. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, and a former corporate finance officer for a major regional homebuilder, Steve is a dynamic businessman who believes in providing exceptional service. Steve has been married to his wife Linda since 1984. They have a daughter age 23, and a son age 20. When Steve is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family. In addition, he enjoys tennis, baseball, skiing, travel, and staying active.

Steve was born in Connecticut, and graduated from Syracuse University with dual degrees in accounting & marketing. After beginning his career in New York City with a major international public accounting firm, he later moved to South Florida, prior to settling in Charlotte in 1996.

His peers have recognized Steve as a leader in life and in his career, receiving an invitation to Business Week’s conference for real estate executives, National Register’s Who’s Who In Executives and Professionals, and is a contributor to various industry publications. In December 2007; 2008; 2009 & 2010, Charlotte Magazine recognized Steve as a 5-Star leader for outstanding customer service. He is also a graduate of the Lee Evans Group program, recognized as the premier organization in management education for the home building industry. Steve has been on the leading edge of technological enhancements in the industry, and members of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and the distinguished RE/MAX Chairman’s Club. During 2006, Steve finished as the #4 top RE/MAX individual agent in the Carolinas; in 2007 finished as the #3 top agent in North Carolina; and in 2008, 2009 & 2010 finished in the top 10.

In addition to being a member of the NAR, NCAR, and CRRA, Steve is a past member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the North Carolina Association of CPA’s. He is active in the Charlotte Jewish Community and has served on several boards of various religious and non-profit agencies, Habitat for Humanity, and participates in the Children’s Miracle Network and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Steve is the former editor of his neighborhood association newsletter, and a past member of the HOA Board. Steve has also founded and chaired of the local chapter of The Financial Executives Networking Group, a 16,000 national member networking organization; and is also a founding member of the Business Leaders Network. Steve has published several leading articles and newsletters on various matters pertaining to residential real estate.
